I’m a Salt Lake based hairstylist and Wella Hair color educator traveling the west coast teaching the latest in color! My Color services are all inclusive, meaning no add on surprise charges at the end of the service for extra bowls of color or bond builder treatments. I offer Hello Darling XO invisible weft extensions as well as sewn in beaded row hand tied or genius wefts. I focus on dimensional brunette and blonde looks and customized color placement to bring out the best in your features. I work with short and long hair, I have a lot of experience with many hair types such as Hispanic, Asian and Caucasian straight or curly hair. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
If you (Client) must cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is required at least 48-hours notice (2+ days) in writing by text (Highly recommended) or call and leave a message for changes to your appointment, to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Agreement to this policy is required in order to book your appointment with Drea Dettmers because up to 5-hours of appointment time may be reserved for you. Due to the length of these long sessions, it may only allow me to take up to two client appointments per day, making appointments very limited. Cancellations within 48 hours is NOT ALLOWED online, If you (Client) must cancel your appointment within 48 hours, please contact by texting me or call and leave a message. Without any notice of your cancellation text/call/voicemail within 48 hours, it will automatically result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount. (Non refundable)
No Show Policy:
Any “No shows” will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service amount (Non refundable) and you will NOT be allowed to book again with Drea Dettmers. If you the (Client) have a reasonable explanation of your no show, please contact me directly by text/call/voicemail within 48 hours in order to schedule a future appointment (No show fee is still required and charged with this situation). The cancellation fee and/or any service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Late Arrival Policy:
I want to make sure that I have the scheduling capacity for all my valued clients and the time to ensure their beautiful results. With that, I only allow for a 15-minute grace period for a late arrival. If you know you are going to be late, please message me directly by text or please leave me a voicemail with your full name so the schedule can be adjusted for you. If you are longer than 30 minutes WITHOUT a LATE ARRIVAL NOTICE, you will be automatically asked to reschedule your appointment for another day and will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. If you have notified me with your late arrival longer than 15 minutes of your appointment, you will be automatically asked to reschedule your appointment for another day and will result in a fee of 30% of the scheduled service amount immediately.
